Focus is to help Missouri GFWC members build their confidence as leaders. To do this, I will share information and tools about what it means to be a good leader. This would include sharing such things as the qualities of an effective leader, preparing an agenda, using proper parliamentary procedure, utilizing main and secondary motions, the use of amendments, working with the executive board and conflict resolution. It will be my goal to share information and tools that are useful to new and seasoned leaders.
