Our focus is two-fold: to raise awareness among club officers and members of the many ways in which they are already communicating within the club/community and to encourage all clubs to raise those strategies to a more impactful level. Improved communication aids in increasing member retention, developing leadership skills and attracting new members. It also highlights the significance of GFWC at the local, state, and national levels, thereby raising the profile of our outstanding organization in the community.
