On April 15th, members of the GFWC Nu-Era Study Club of Independence, MO mailed their taxes then packed 52 boxes of school supplies for Iraqi children. Through Operation Iraqi Freedom, American soldiers receive these school supplies to deliver to Iraqi children. Club members got this idea from the GFWC Hickman Mills Homemakers Club whose members have packed Iraqi school supplies numerous times.
